The two million syrian refugees that have fled Syria bear the scars of their traumatic escape from war and violence. The demand for mental health services among the nearly 600,000 refugees who have come to Jordan is great. But counseling services are still a low order priority.

A miracle. That’s what former pro cyclist Jonathan Boyer calls Team Rwanda. A cycling team that — 20 years after the brutal genocide — has not only changed the lives of a number of young Rwandans, but also become a way for Rwanda to show the world that it’s much more than its dark past.

Half of all Swedes carry out some form of voluntary work – without volunteering, Sweden stops. For student Nina Landtblom, the desire to make a difference grew to the point where she was unable to say no. Eventually she hit the wall - the so-called non-profit wall.
